Social Housing

In the early years of the practice the main projects were tenement rehabilitation and common repairs.

However over the years we have adapted to the needs of housing groups to develop our designs and services to suit a changing market.

Both housing associations and co-ops have formed the bulk of much of our work in this field. We have also provided services to special needs housing organisations such as care in the community facilities and self-help groups.

The practice has gained a wealth of experience in social housing and we are continuing to develop our expertise in this area.
