Both partners gained valuable experiencein factory and industrial design prior to setting up the practice.
This included some of the very early advanced factories carried out under the Scottish Development Agency in various locations throughout the central belt.
We can therefore provide speculative industrial space and individual purpose built units designed for the client's processing requirements.
Commercial buildings
Car showrooms and service stations are also an area in which we have had experience in the last few years working with various clients in the very competitive car sales market.
We have also been involved in retail shop outlets both within the traditional High Street setting and within modern shopping centres.
We have experience in hotel and tourism related developments throughout the central belt and highlands.
